I started training with heavy and tired legs. Even after 1000m from my first serie I was convinced that I couldn't complete the training of today and stopped with Xisco who had been doing his last 1000m of the day.
Anyway I started over and even did a 4000m at the desired pace (4'05"/km), after that it was only suffering to complete the next 3000m and 2000m both at 4'10"/km to finish with even more suffering doing another 1000m in order to complete the 10k at a decent pace.

Actually there wasn't that much physical climbing involved. Most of the climbing we've done by car... !LOL !wine
