Greetings, foodie and to these great community! Today, I present to you a recipe that I made for myself and it's very rich and also good.
Ok guys I was alone today doing nothing so I was thinking of what to eat because I was very tired and overstress at my working place. So when I came back know body was in the house and there is nothing to eat . So I want to the kitchen to make something for myself.
INGREDIENTS
Some pieces of okoro
Three tablespoons of red oil
One small bulb of onion
Four pieces of red pepper
One teaspoon of salt
Some uzizi leaf
Water
PROCEDURE
This recipe is very special and also easy to learn fast
First i wash my okoro and cut into pieces then set it aside
After that I wash my pepper and also cut it into pieces and set aside
Then wash my uzizi leaf and cut also and set aside
Wash my bulb of onion and also cut into pieces and also set aside
After I have prepared all my ingredients, I set my pot on fire to dry water and after it has dry I add my red oil in the pot
Then add my chopped of onions and add my okoro in it aslo then mix
After mixing them I add my cut pepper and a little of water then mix also and cover my pot to wait for awhile
After waiting for awhile I put in my uzizi leaf into it and also my salt to taste then mix them also together
Now my recipe is done and ready to be serve.what a nice food and a very quick one
