Grok3 came out and it stunned. This is the best thing since sliced bread.
It is also old news.
In the ensuring month, we now have Google with its latest version of Gemini and Meta pushing Llama4 which are grabbing the headline.
Depending upon who you read, one of these is the best ever. Meta fans are all over Llama4, praising its advancement. Then we have Google proponents who love Gemini, claiming it is at the top of the mountain.
Detractors assert that the Gemini fans are missing some key pieces in their analysis. The model is not as advanced as some state.
Such is life in the AI world. There are proponents and detractors regardless of the model that comes out. Anthropic, ChatGPT, and others are deep into the game. Big Tech is also forging ahead, helping to drive things through massive investment.

The AI Race Is Pushing Ahead
Whatever the flavor of the week, and it does change almost weekly, there is no doubt that things are moving rapidly.
Across the board, each iteration of a model is an improvement. Nobody is going backwards. Whether some are advancing faster than others is dependent upon the company and personal preference.
The key is the fact that more is being offered to the public. Since most of these models are free to use, at least to some point, it is an incredible windfall for humanity.
Generative AI is the most powerful thing we have ever seen and it is basically free. Sure, there is a cost in the data that people are providing. Of course, this was the case with social media also.
The difference is we are starting to see some of what this technology is capable of.
Accelerating Pace
There are more entrants entering the arena.
We are now seeing the Chinese starting to release models, many open source. This is going to expand the reach they have in this field. There is also a lot of innovation from China regarding the stack, since many of the GPUs are banned from being shipped into the country.
What is next?
In all likelihood, we see a continuation of massive amounts of money dumped into infrastructure. This means a lot more GPU clusters will form. On top of that, we will see continued development of the stack, increasing the efficiency.
Behind all this is energy. Ultimately, the country that wins will end up with the largest energy output per capita. Providing people, both businesses and individuals, with electricity is crucial.
The United States is starting to look at nuclear again. China is expanding its capabilities in every technology segment. Ultimately, this is where the true race resides.

The AI race is definitely going to be so long I am so sure of that. This is just the beginning
"Zabardast analysis! AI ka itna tezi se evolve hona waqai hairan kun hai. Kya aapko lagta hai ke yeh race kisi aik company ke paas monopoly le aayegi, ya sab ko barabar moka milega?"
