Crypto and social media detox

in LeoFinance2 months ago

So you've probably observed that I haven't been around Hive blockchain in special and crypto in general lately. Thing is that I had some crazy weeks at work preparing a release which than became another release and so on. On top of that few days I've see the chaos that is taking place in the world and also the crypto which is now more volatile than ever. Thus, I have decided to make a detox from all these things and simply get with the work routine, spending time with family and stay away from all other turbulent and negative information. And easily, I am regaining my energy and might even slowly get back to writing and doing my thing. Not sure what happened meanwhile, but by the looks of it nothing much concrete. So this is a good time as ever to continue growing and capitalizing on being early participant to different blockchain based tokenomics.

Crypto volatility is crazy these days

Every time I think crypto has reached some level of stability, it proves me wrong with wild swings. Prices shoot up and crash down within hours, making it hard to keep a clear head without emotions pouring down. That’s exactly why taking a step back sometimes helps while letting the market and those influencing it make their minds. At some point I guess we'll reach some stability.

World gets more chaotic

It feels like every time I check the social media, there’s a new crisis unfolding somewhere. Politics, wars, financial instability, everything seems to be in a constant state of turmoil. When things get too overwhelming, I find that unplugging from the noise is the best way to protect my peace of mind. I think that humanity got cozy with just being well and is seeking motives to disturb that (or big players and powers do that as they thrive when chaos takes place).

A power reorder is taking place

It’s becoming more obvious that the way things worked before is starting to shift. Governments, financial systems, and even big tech companies are losing the grip they once had, and crypto plays a role in this change. I believe those who stay patient and adapt will be the ones benefiting the most when the dust settles. People are losing trust given to politicians or people in general, so we might see machine driven governance.

Good time for growth and accumulation

While everyone else is panicking or gets distracted like me :), this might be the best time to focus. Whether it’s stacking more tokens, learning new skills, or simply improving personal habits, slow and steady progress will pay off in the long run. I like to think that taking a break doesn’t mean falling behind, but actually help me return with a fresh mindset and a better strategy. Let's see if that's true or not...

Stepping away from crypto and social media for a while has shown me that balance is key and healthier for my mind. It’s easy to get caught up in the daily noise, but sometimes the best move is to unplug, reset, and come back stronger. The market will always be there, opportunities will keep coming, and the smartest thing we can do is approach it all with a clear and focused mind.

It is a must to always balance life and what is keeping us busy. There's always uncertainties in crypto but our life has always had certainties especially when we give time to meditate with God and create more bonds with family and loved ones. It is the most effective detox that really fuels our overall being.

🤝🏻 All the best for the detox phase! See you sometime afterwards.
