Hola amigos, es viernes y este día es especial para asistir a mis clases de bailoterapia porque disfruto del baile y también de la compañía de mis amigas en el gym, somos un gran grupo de chicas de todas las edades que nos motivamos y animamos bailando, el baile nos ofrece vida y salud y hemos tomado esta experiencia para establecer lazos de amistad y buena camaradería entre todas, donde por lo general todos los días viernes al finalizar la clase semanal hacemos un compartir para intercambiar experiencias, vivencias, resultados, palabras motivadoras, tips y aperitivos, frutas y tes mientras charlamos.

Nuestro instructor es un chico alegre, educado, echador de broma y full pana (como decimos coloquialmente para referirnos a alguien amigable), algunas clases son especiales porque el nos anima a salir de la rutina y transformarnos de adentro hacia afuera para mostrar nuestra mejor versión, la semana pasada fueron clases top donde todas las chicas debíamos asistir en top a la clase, y está semana próxima la clase será "bichota" y por ende el dress code debe ser de Karol G. Hemos tenido varias clases temáticas geniales, los 80', quinceañera, rojo pasión por san Valentin y varias clases más que han sido geniales y siempre nos gusta saber que más se le ocurrirá al profe.

Así de buena vibra son mis viernes y me queda claro que no solo es el baile, es la compañía y me encanta disfrutar de estos momentos. Mi evolución ha sido muy buena, gracias a Dios porque he aprendido a disfrutar de la vida en el proceso y amarme muchísimo más, mientras he estado ganando muy buenas amistades y más aún con mujeres que te inspiran, te motivan y alientan a seguir en el proceso. Disfrutar se ha vuelto para mi una oportunidad de crecimiento personal, las personas que disfrutan la vida por lo general tienen muy buena salud mental y viven ligeramente, esto porque de nada vale tener un cuerpo sano y una mente enferma que vive quejándose de la vida y de lo que uno quiere hacer pero no puede o simplemente le da flojera de hacer.
