The tournament flowed quite nicely and everything was on track wrestling so it moved along well.

R's first match went well and he won it by pin. He had a 45 minute wait until his next match.

His second match was a hard one and they went the entire 3 rounds. It was with about 20 seconds left that R got caught in an illegal move, the Trapped Arm Mat Return. 2 weeks ago his arm was injured by the same exact move. This time his head slammed into the mat. He lost on points but his head was pounding.

We took him outside to chill away from noise and he was in too much pain to continue so we gathered everything and headed for home. J and I stayed at home while @stryeyz took R to the ER to be checked. He ended up with a slight concussion and needs to keep himself calm for the rest of spring break at least.

This is serious bullshit that coaches are still teaching the move when it has been prohibited for years. I really hope R hasn't had the stoke for wrestling injured out of him.

Was home in time to catch some of the PDC.

While they were in town I got the fire going again. It didn't take too much since the wind was blowing it helped catch a flame. I wandered the farm and hauled various debris over and piled it on.

Across the creek I decided to hack at the trees that have laid the branches on the ground. They take up a ton of space that could be much better used.

It's wild what taking a few branches out will do. It really opens the space up and I have a bunch more I want to work on still.

I tossed branches on but they didn't get enough heat to start so will get burned tomorrow most likely since it will be raining.

R wanted to go on a hike so up the hill we went. The boys went down to the other side of the tunnel and then back up.

We then hiked around the property line and then along the hill were rock trundling took place. Much fun was had and many rocks rolled, flopped, trundled, and busted into chunks.

Figures, when it doesn't matter they play good. I was surprised they managed to score so well against the worst team in the NHL. Amazingly they are now the 6th worst team in the league... Moving up to nowhere.

Got out to soak for the normal time and was in bed not long after.

This morning PDC is on, Man Utd will get buried by city, then I'm hoping GR8 can get the record goal asap so J and I can leave for skiing, I just want to watch the record get set.
