A successful person has dreams, he has targets, he has a purpose, he has a destination. He loves his dream, destination, target. He always works hard with passion and dedication to achieve his dream, to reach his destination, to reach his target and purpose, removing the fear of failure from his heart. Finally, he achieves his target. It is his love for his destination, purpose and target that ultimately makes him a successful person. That person becomes an example for people to become a successful person. He is like a shining star in society. A successful person is not like the changing weather, but he is a strong-willed, persistent person. He never stops working, troubled by highs and lows, good and bad situations. He always moves towards his destination, learning from difficulties and sufferings step by step in every field of life, with patience in trials. Hardworking people are very dear to Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty helps a person who works hard with good intentions.

By sitting idly by, waiting for someone else's help, hoping for some miracle, by leaving work instead of improving our fate, by becoming a workaholic, by remaining idle, we cannot succeed in our lives. We have to work hard to be successful in our lives. We can never call temporary efforts as hard work, but continuous, continuous efforts are truly hard work. Success is not achieved in a shortcut, the journey to success is a little long because everything has a time like a flower blooming, the sun rising, the stars shining, similarly there is a time for hard work too. When that time comes, hard work pays off and we definitely get the fruits of hard work. If we look at the stages of a plant from seed to becoming a plant, we can understand how important hard work is. When a seed becomes soil and sinks into the ground, a plant grows from that seed. A small child starts walking, overcoming the fear of falling. After many months of hard work, falling and falling, he finally learns to walk because every time he falls, instead of getting disappointed, he gets up again and tries to walk with more enthusiasm than before. Finally, he is able to walk. For 15/20 years, from childhood to youth, he goes through schools, colleges and reaches the university all his life, he does not stop working hard to achieve his goal. Finally, a time comes when the same person who works continuously from school life to university life becomes a PhD doctor, a philosopher, a scientist, a doctor, an engineer.

Always work hard in the right direction, lest it happen that you keep working hard for the purpose for which you do not get that purpose, in the end you come to know that there was no doubt in your hard work but its direction was wrong. Therefore, to reach any destination, determine the right path to reach this target. You should love the goal, the destination you are working hard for, this destination, this target, this will automatically make you never feel tired of working hard, you will work with great passion and dedication. The purpose of achieving your target should be good. If you have the intention to do good deeds by reaching your destination, then your hard work will also be blessed by Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty will definitely reward you for your hard work.

Finally, the most important thing is that whenever you work hard to achieve your target, instead of relying on this hard work, trust in Allah, because success is impossible without faith, trust in Allah and the help of Allah Almighty.

ایک کامیاب انسان کے خواب ھوتے ہیں ، اس کے ٹارگٹ ھوتے ہیں، اس کا مقصد ھوتا ھے، اسکی منزل ھوتی ھے۔ اس کو اپنے خواب، منزل، ٹارگٹ سے پیار ھوتا ھے۔ وہ ہر وقت اپنے خواب کی تعبیر کو حاصل کرنے کیلئے ، اپنی منزل تک پہنچنے کیلئے، اپنے ٹارگٹ اور مقصد تک پہنچنے کیلئے ناکامی کے خوف کو دل سے نکال کر، شوق اور لگن سے مسلسل محنت کرتا رہتا ھے آخرکار وہ اپنے ٹارگٹ کو اچیو کر لیتا ھے۔ اس کی یہی اپنی منزل ، مقصد اور ٹارگٹ سے پیار ، محبت ہی آخرکار اسے کامیاب انسان بنا دیتی ھے۔ وہی انسان لوگوں کیلئے کامیاب انسان بننے کیلئے ایک مثال بن جاتا ھے۔ وہ معاشرے میں ایک چمکتے ستارہ کی مانند ھوتا ھے۔ ایک کامیاب انسان بدلتے موسم کی طرح نہیں ھوتا بلکہ وہ ایک پختہ ارادے والا، مستقل مزاج انسان ھوتا ھے ، وہ اونچ نیچ سے ، اچھے اور برے حالات سے پریشان ھو کر وہ محنت کرنا کبھی نہیں چھوڑتا۔ وہ زندگی کے ہر میدان میں قدم قدم پر مشکلات، تکالیف سے سیکھ کر ، آزمائشوں میں صبر کے ساتھ ، اپنی منزل کی طرف ہمیشہ رواں دواں رہتا ھے۔ محنتی انسان اللہ تعالٰی کو بہت پیارے ھوتے ہیں۔ اللہ تعالٰی نیک نیتی سے محنت کرنیوالے انسان کی مدد کرتا ھے۔

ہاتھ پر ہاتھ رکھ کر بیٹھ جانے سے، کسی دوسرے کی مدد کے انتظار میں ، کسی عجوبے کی امید میں ، اپنے نصیب کو بہتر کرنے کی بجائے کام کاج کو چھوڑ کر، کام چور بن کر ، نکما رہ کر ہم اپنی زندگی میں کامیاب نہیں ھو سکتے۔ ہمیں اپنی زندگی میں کامیاب ھونیکے لیئے محنت کرنی پڑتی ھے۔ وقتی طور پر کی گئ کوشش کو ہم کبھی بھی محنت نہیں کہہ سکتے بلکہ لگاتار ، مسلسل کی گئ کوشش ہی حقیقی معنوں میں محنت ھے۔ کامیابی شارٹ کٹ میں نہیں ملتی ، کامیابی کا سفر تھوڑا طویل ھوتا ھے کیونکہ ہر چیز کا ایک وقت ھوتا ھے جیسے پھول کھلنے کا ، سورج نکلنے کا ، ستارے چمکنے کا ، اسی طرح محنت کا بھی وقت ھوتا ھے جب وہ وقت آتا ھے تو محنت رنگ لاتی ھے اور ہمیں محنت کا پھل ضرور ملتا ھے۔ ہم ایک پودے کو بیج سے پودا بننے تک کے مرحلے تک کو دیکھ کر غور کریں تو ہمیں اندازہ ھوتا ھے محنت کی کتنی اہمیت ھے۔ ایک بیج مٹی میں مٹی بن کر جب غرق ھو جاتا ھے تب جا کر اس بیج میں سے ایک پودا پھوٹتا ھے۔ ایک چھوٹا بچہ گرنے کے خوف کو دل سے نکال کر چلنا شروع کر دیتا ھے کئی مہینوں کی محنت کے بعد ، گرتے گرتے آخرکار وہ چلنا سیکھ جاتا ھے کیونکہ وہ جب بھی گرتا ھے تو بجائے مایوس ھونیکے وہ دوبارہ اٹھ کر پہلے کی نسبت زیادہ جوش سے چلنے کی کوشش کرتا ھے آخر وہ چلنے پھرنے کے قابل ھو جاتا ھے۔ لگاتار 15/20 سال بچپن سے لیکر جوانی تک پوری زندگی سکولوں، کالجوں سے ھو کر یونیورسٹی تک پہنچ جاتا ھے اپنی منزل کو پانے کیلئے محنت کرنا نہیں چھوڑتا۔ اخرکار ایک وقت آتا ھے وہی سکول لائف سے یونیورسٹی لائف تک مسلسل محنت کرنے والا شخص ایک پی ایچ ڈی ڈاکٹر، ایک فلاسفر، سائنسدان، ایک ڈاکٹر ، ایک انجینئر بن جاتا ھے۔

محنت ہمیشہ درست سمت میں کرو ، کہیں ایسا نہ ھو کہ آپ جس مقصد کیلئے محنت کرتے رہیں اور آپکو وہ مقصد نہ ملے آخر میں آپ کو جا کر پتہ چلے کہ آپکی محنت میں کوئ شک نہیں تھا مگر اس کی سمت غلط تھی لہذا کسی بھی منزل تک پہنچنے کیلئے، اس ٹارگٹ تک پہنچنے کیلئے صحیح راستے کا تعین کریں۔ آپ جس مقصد ، جس منزل کو پانے کیلئے محنت کر رھے ہیں اس منزل ، اس ٹارگٹ سے آپکو محبت ھونی چاہیئے اس سے آٹومیٹک آپکو محنت کرنے میں کبھی تھکاوٹ محسوس نہیں ھو گی ، آپ بہت ہی شوق اور لگن سے محنت کرو گے۔ آپ کا ٹارگٹ اچیو کرنے کا مقصد نیک ھونا چاہیئے آپ میں اپنی منزل تک پہنچ کر نیک کام کرنے کی نیت ھو تو اللہ تعالٰی کی طرف سے بھی آپکی محنت میں برکت پیدا ھو جائے گی ۔ اللہ تعالٰی آپکو محنت کا صلہ ضرور دے گا۔

آخر میں سب سے بڑی بات جب بھی آپ اپنے ٹارگٹ کو اچیو کرنے کیلئے محنت کرتے ھو اور اس محنت پر بھروسہ کرنے کی بجائے اللہ پر بھروسہ رکھو ، کیونکہ اللہ پر یقین، بھروسہ اور اللہ تعالٰی کی مدد کے بغیر کامیابی ناممکن ھے۔
